Important limitations

This anchor is not suitable for every soil or structure. Loose fill, soft, waterlogged, rocky or frost-affected ground can require a different foundation. Soil conditions, pull-out resistance, lateral loads, frost depth and wind uplift must be checked for the project. Do not assume that one driven anchor provides the same capacity as an engineered concrete foundation.
